Best-ever Etsy product, service and experience. Patrick held my hand from the moment I proposed my project. He gave my Canva design a minor tweak, provided options for cost and materials, and even provided a picture prior to mailing (at my request). We received the package quickly - it was neatly and carefully prepared for mailing to us. Each award was individually boxed with cushiony material inside to protect it from damage. Honestly, I took one of the awards our small nonprofit around to brag about it - beautiful and cost-effective. In the future, I may ask for their beautiful branded labels to be included in the box, but not yet affixed. I felt terrible cutting through them to check and sort them, and would be happy to apply those labels before sending them along to our winning teams.
