At Jay C. Designs USA, we take pride in the quality of our custom acrylic products and the care we put into every shipment. While all sales are final, we do accept returns only for items that arrive defective due to shipping.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects, and we do not offer exchanges.
🔁 Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- You must provide photo or video proof clearly showing the defect caused by shipping.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved defective items.
