Processing Time
All standard orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after design approval and payment confirmation. We will send a proof for custom items, and production will only begin once the proof is approved.

Bulk Orders
For larger quantities or bulk orders, additional processing time may be required. If your order involves a high volume of items, we will provide an estimated shipping timeline after reviewing the requested quantity.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method during checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
