Can you create a design for me if I don't have one?
Yes, we can! Once you place your order, we'll create a mockup based on your ideas and send it over for your approval. We'll revise it as needed until you're happy with it.
What file formats do you accept?
We work best with EPS, SVG, PDF, AI, or CDR files. PNG is also accepted as long as it's high resolution. Not sure what file type you have? Just send it to us and we'll let you know if it works.
How long does production and shipping take?
Once we receive your final approval of the mockup, we will proceed with production. Production typically takes 2β3 business days, depending on order volume. Standard shipping then takes an additional 3β5 business days. Please note that larger quantity orders may require extra processing time, and we will always confirm the estimated timeline with you before we begin.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
Yes! If you have a specific deadline or event date, just reach out to us with your required delivery date and your full shipping address. We'll check availability and send you the best expedited shipping option that fits your schedule. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to allow enough time for production.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order required. You can order as little as 1 piece or as many as you need. We also keep your design on file, so reordering anytime in the future is fast and hassle-free.
What if I already have my own design?
Perfect! Please share your file with us when you place your order. We accept EPS, SVG, PDF, AI, CDR, and high-resolution PNG formats. Once we receive your design, we will prepare a mockup for your approval.
Do you offer engraving?
We do offer engraving, but we typically recommend UV printing because it gives a cleaner, higher-quality finish for most designs. UV printing allows us to print vibrant, full-color logos with sharp details and fewer limitations on colors or artwork.
Engraving is also available upon request, but for the best overall look, we usually lean toward UV printing.
Are there any copyright restrictions I should know about?
Please ensure that any design or artwork you submit belongs to you or your business. We are unable to print designs that use trademarked or copyrighted material without proper authorization. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
What material do you use?
We use high-quality cast acrylic for all our products.
